摘要
目的:研究菝葜对慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型的治疗作用。方法:采用大肠杆菌菌液注入大鼠子宫内,制备大鼠慢性盆腔炎动物模型。测定血清中IL-2和MDA水平的变化并对大鼠子宫组织形态学进行观察。结果:给药组与模型组比较,大鼠血清中IL-2的水平明显降低,血清中MDA的水平也明显降低,组织形态学观察发现给药组大鼠慢性盆腔炎病理改变明显减轻。结论:菝葜对大肠杆菌所致大鼠慢性盆腔炎有明显治疗作用,且效果较对照组好。
OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacological effect of Smilax china on chronic plevic inflammatory disease(CPID) in rats. METHODS Coliform bacteria strains injected rat uterus, chronic pelvic inflammation induced animal model. The histopathologic changes of uterus were observed and serum IL-2 and MDA levels dectected. RESULTS Treated group compared with the model group, the serum IL-2 levels decreased significantly and MDA levels also decreased, and morphology observed in rats treated group significantly reduced chronic pelvic inflammatory disease pathology condition. CONCLUSION The treatment of CPID with Smilax china. L might be better than the contral group.
