摘要
目的观察小檗碱对小鼠外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的治疗效果。方法 ICR小鼠112只,采用雌激素化+阴道灌洗白假丝酵母菌菌液,构建外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病小鼠模型。随机分为正常组、模型组、实验组(小檗碱低、中、高剂量)和制霉菌素组,各18只,相应药物干预10天,观察小鼠在接菌后4、7、14天症状、体征、微生物学及组织病理学改变。结果接菌第7天,小檗碱高剂量组和制霉菌素组感染症状、体征消失,与模型组比较,小檗碱高剂量组真菌载量和阴道灌洗液真菌阴性鼠数均明显下降[(1.83±0.75)104CFU/m L比(18.17±2.93)104CFU/m L,P<0.05;5鼠比0鼠,P<0.05]。小檗碱高剂量组和制霉菌素组效果相当[(1.83±0.75)104CFU/m L比(1.67±1.21)104CFU/m L,P>0.05;5鼠比6鼠,P>0.05]。结论小檗碱能有效治疗雌激素化小鼠外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病。
Objective To investigate the effect of berberine on the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis（VVC）in mice. Methods One hundred and twelve mice was used to establish VVC by using estrogen and vaginal lavage fluid of white candida fungus. Ninety mice with VVC were randomly divided into blank control group, model group,experimental groups（lower, middle and high dose berberine）, and nystatin group, with 18 mice in each group. The treatment course lased for 10 d. In 4, 7, and 14 d after inoculation, signs and symptoms, microbiology test result and histopathological changes were observed in all groups. Results On day 7 the signs and infection of VVC in high-dose berberine group and nystatin group disappeared; compared with model group, fungal load by microscopic examination was significantly decreased[（1.83±0.75）×104CFU/m L vs（18.17±2.93）×104CFU/m L, P〈0.05] and the number of mice with negative results was less in high-dose berberine group（0 mouse vs 5 mice, P〈0.05）. The treatment effect of high-dose berberine group was similar to that of nystatin group [（1.83±0.75）×104CFU/m L vs（1.67±1.21）×104 CFU/m L, P〉0.05]. Conclusion Berberine can effectively treat estrogen-dependent vulvovaginal candidiasis in mice.
