摘要
针对天空背景下红外运动弱小目标的检测问题,提出一种结合小波变换和管道滤波的序列图像的检测算法。首先对红外序列图像采用小波变换,再采用全局门限法进行阈值分割提取出潜在目标,用形态开运算去除噪声点,以减少候选目标数目,最后再使用管道滤波的方法确定真实目标。实验结果表明,该方法能有效地检测运动红外弱小目标,显著提高红外弱小目标的检测概率,并易于硬件实现。
For the detection of moving infrared small targets in the sky, an algorithm that combined wavelet transform and channel-filter is proposed. Firstly, the image sequences are processed with the wavelet transform. The adaptive threshold method of image segmentation is adopted to extract the candidate targets. The morphological opening operation is used to cut down the numbers of the detected targets. Finally, the channel-filter is applied to detect real targets. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method can detect and locate small moving target effectively, and can improve obviously the detection probability of the moving infrared small targets. In addition, it is easy to implement in hardware.
