摘要 软起动器中的开关功率器件运行环境复杂,其不稳定性限制了具有软起动功能的感应电机在高可靠性驱动领域的应用。提出了一种具有容错功能的感应电机软起动器控制系统的设计。当任何一相任意一个功率开关器件发生短路、断路、无驱动信号或者驱动电路故障故障时,运用新型拓扑结构并采用闭环控制使得在两相可控的条件下仍可实现软起动功能。建立了驱动控制仿真模型,研究结果标明该方案可靠可行。 Because of switch power devices of soft starter operating in complex environment, and not having enough stability, induction motors having soft starting function are restricted in the high-reliability applications. A fault-tolerant operation of induction motors fed by soft starter was proposed. When either switch power device was in the condition of open-circuit or short-circuit fault, either no driving signals or driving control circuit failure in any one of the phase, induction motors would still have the function of soft starting by using the new topology, when only two phases could be controlled. The topologic driver control model was simulated by the software of MATLAB/Simulink. Simulation results show that the method is reliable and feasible.
