摘要
中共中央宣传部、教育部联合下发《关于进一步加强和改进高等学校思想政治理论课的意见》实施方案后,大部分高校都严格按照"05方案"要求,进行思想政治理论课教学改革,但仍然有部分高校存在着高校领导不重视、师资队伍薄弱、教学目标定位过高、教学手段、方法过于简单、考核评价方式单一,导致教学效果实效性不强等问题。本人作为一线教师,根据目前教学中存在的问题,分析原因,提出增强实效性和针对性的思路与对策。
Since the publication of ＂Suggestions on improving the ideological theory course in colleges by the Publicity Depart- ment and Education Department, Central Committee of the Communist Party of China＂ , most of the colleges reform their ideological theory teaching actively according to the nation＇s ＂ 05 Plan＂. However, some others are still trapped with the following problems as ignorance of the leaders, weakness of the faculty, impractical goals, unitary teaching method and rigid evaluation system which cause unsatisfied teaching effects. As a teacher in the front line of teaching, on the base of scientific research and deep analysis, the writer gives some practical suggestions and countermeasures on this problem.
