摘要
新钢雅矿公司哈密球团厂针对回转窑及环冷机耐火材料易破损、寿命短等问题进行了分析,并根据各部位耐材的工况特点对其进行了改型。2007年3月大修后已取得初步成效,回转窑结圈周期由原来的30天左右延长到45天以上,预计改型后回转窑耐火材料的使用寿命将延长到三年以上。
The refractory material problems of rotary-kiln and circular-cooler presented in HAMI pelletizing plant, such as easily breakdown and short lifetime etc., were analyzed in this paper. The refractory materials for various parts were modified according to their own working conditions. These modifications were shown effects since the heavy repair in Mach 2007, the kiln ringning period was lengthened from 30 days to 45 days, and the predict lifetime of refractory could be attained to 3 years.
