摘要 阐述了钒钛磁铁矿冶炼条件下高炉渣的特性,分析了攀钢出铁沟用免烘烤捣打料的损毁机理,研究了兼有促烧和防粘渣作用的复合添加剂对攀钢出铁沟用免烘烤捣打料性能的影响。结果表明:适量的复合添加剂不仅能提高材料的强度,而且还会提高材料抗渣性。设计的新型出铁沟免烘烤捣打料有效地解决了粘渣问题,使用寿命由原来的3~5天提高到7~9天。 Properties of blast furnace slag from gated. The damage mechanism of the dry-out vanadium-bearing titanfferous magnetite smelting is investirammed mixture for iron runner is analyzed and influence of the sintering and anti-adhesion compound additive on the performance of the rammed mixture is probed. The results show that appropriate amount of compound additives can improve the strength and slagging resistance of material. The newly designed dry-out rammed mixture for the runner has efficiently resolved the problems of slag sticking, which prolongs the service life to 7 - 9 days from 3 - 5 days.
