摘要
影响研究生培养质量的因素众多,大致可分为3个方面:管理因素、导师因素、个人因素。培养高层次的合格人才,离不开科学的管理。本文从研究生管理角度出发,介绍了首都医科大学研究生管理工作的部分情况,并对仍面临的一些问题进行了探讨。
There are many factors which can affect the quality of graduate student education, such as management, tutors, and individuals, which are usually the main aspects. Scientific management is the essential factor for high quality of education. This article introduced the experiences of graduate education in Capital Medical University, and discussed some problems which should be coped with.
