摘要
网络时代,以中小学校为基地,辅之以培训机构等提供的网络课程和教学资源,教师在不离岗的情况下通过网络学习的培训,克服传统培训无法跨越空间障碍的局限性。通过对“教-培-研”一体化培训的可行性分析,建立相应的理论模型,从理论上论证网络环境下如何开展“教-培-研”一体化培训,为现阶段教师培训提供一条新思路。
In the network era, teachers must not leave theirs work position and can be trained through network learning which is taken the secondary and primary school as the base and assist network course and teaching resource. This train method can overcome the limit of the space obstacle that the traditional train method can't cross over. This article analysis the feasibility of "Teach-Foster-Study" integral train method and constitute relevant theory model, argue how to make the "Teach-Foster-Study" integrated train and provide a new way to teachers train.
