摘要
建立红霉素眼膏微生物限度检查方法。利用红霉素在碱性条件下易分解失效的特点,采取在一定温度下调节pH值,对培养基进行稀释的方法建立红霉素眼膏微生物限度检查方法。红霉素眼膏的抗菌活性灭活后可有效检出污染菌。该方法可行性强,能有效地对红霉素眼膏进行微生物限度的测定。
The method of microbial limit test of erythromycin eye ointment was established. Erythromycin will be decomposed easily and invalidated in the alkaline condition, so the method was established, via regulating pH under certain temperature and diluting medium. When antibacterial activity of erythromycin eye ointment is effectively in activated, bacteria concamination can be detected. This method is feasible.
