摘要
系统地分析了北天山重点地震监视区1977年以来的流体地球动力学地震前兆观测资料，总结了14次5级以上地震前地下流体短期前兆异常的基本特征，提供了适合本区特点的地震前兆异常判别的方法，采用定性和定量相结合的办法，建立了一套单井单参数、多井多参数异常指标以及地震三要素判定的标志体系。
