摘要
针对轧材在高倍检验过程中经常出现的非金属夹杂物超标问题,经过理论与实践分析认为连铸参数、特别是钢水过热度和拉坯速度对轧材纯净度有较大影响。以12CrlMoV低碳钢为例,对以往生产过程的连铸参数和钢材高倍检验结果进行分类总结,运用6σ管理的核心工具软件MINITAB,对这些数据进行了统计分析,得出了比较合理的连铸钢液过热度和拉坯速度参数,并运用于生产实践检验,非金属夹杂物超标炉数比率和夹杂物出现平均级别都得到了很大程度的下降。
To deal with the rejects of non - metallic inclusions in microscopic examination for rolled steel products, process parameters in continuous casting were investigated. It was found that overheat of liquid steel and casting speed had strong influence on the cleanliness of the steel products. Using key tool soft ware MINITAB of 6 (r management theory, optical process parameters especially optimum overheat of liquid steel and casting speed were obtained by statistics. With modified casting parameters, reject heats ratio of non - metallic inclusions off standard and the average rank of inclusions in the steel were decreased obviously.
