摘要
以间溴苯酚、金属钠和溴乙烷为原料,乙醇为溶剂,碘化钾为催化剂合成了间溴苯乙醚。考察了反应物的摩尔比、反应温度及反应时间对产物收率的影响。实验结果表明:当n(间溴苯酚):n(金属钠):n(溴乙烷):n(碘化钾)=1:1:1.5:0.18,无水乙醇35mL,反应温度70℃,反应时间为5h时,间溴苯乙醚收率为82.6%。
3 -bromophenetole was prepared by 3-bromophenol, sodium and ethyl bromide using ethanol as solvent, catalyzing by potassium iodide. The irffluences of molar ratio of reactants, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the yield were investigated, The results showed the optimal yield (82.6 %) was obtained when the product was prepared at 70℃ for 5h with the molar ratio of the reactants [n(m-bromophenol ): n ( sodium ): n( ethyl bromide ): n(KI)] 1:1:1.5:0,18.
