摘要
为开发杀灭腌肉咸鲞害蝇卵的安全性食品杀虫剂,采用改进的浸卵法,测定了35种植物精油对丝光绿蝇(Lucilia sericata)的杀卵活性。结果表明,6种精油的杀卵活性较强,其中以肉桂油的杀卵活性最强;肉桂油、丁香油、八角茴香油在10μl/ml的浓度下能100%杀死蝇卵;毒力LC50(μl/ml)大小依次为:肉桂油(0.3098)>丁香油(2.0357)>牛至油(3.6795)>石菖蒲油(4.7846)>八角茴香油(5.8383)>桉叶油(8.3641)。经GC/MC分析,从肉桂油中检出22个成分,其中主成分桂皮醛占92.33%;合成桂皮醛与肉桂油的主成分出峰时间一致,含桂皮醛97.33%,其杀卵毒力(LC50)为0.2222μl/ml,活性高于肉桂油,表明桂皮醛是肉桂油中的主要活性成分,合成桂皮醛可替代肉桂油作为害蝇杀卵剂利用。
The ovicidal activities of 35 kinds of essential oil against Lucilia sericata (Meigen) were investigated using the method of modified dipping egg in order to exploit safe mothproof food additive against flies that damaged bacon & kipper. The results showed that the ovicidal activity of 6 kinds of essential oil ( Cinnamomun cassia, Eugenia caryophyUata, Origanum creticum, Acoras gramineus, lllicum verum and Eucalyptus globules) against L. sericata were more effective, in which Cinnamon oil from C. cassia was the most effective one. Three kinds of essential oil from C. cassia, E. caryophyllata and I. verum at 10 μl/ml concentration caused 100% eggs mortality. The order of the toxicity (LCso) of six essential oils to L. sericata were as follows: C. cassia (0.3098) 〉 E. caryophyllata (2.0357) 〉 Origanum creticum (3.6795) 〉 Acorasgramineas (4.7846) 〉 l. verum (5.8383) 〉 Eucalyptasglobulas (8.3641)μl/ml. By GC/MS analysis, 22 components were determined from cinnamon oil which contained cinamaldehyde 92.33 %. The appearance time of the main component peak of synthesized cinamaldehyde was identical with that of cinnamon oil, and its cinamaldehyde content reached 97.33 %. The ovicidal toxicity (LC50) of the synthesized cinamaldehyde was 0. 2222μl/ml, which was higher than that of cinnamon oil. It suggested that cinamaldehyde was the main ovicidal component of cinnamon oil, and synthesized cinamaldehyde could replace cinnamon oil as an ovicide against harmful flies.
