摘要
为了进一步确定细辛醚的作用谱和作用方式,测定了其对家蝇和淡色库蚊的触杀、熏蒸和忌避活性。结果表明:细辛醚对家蝇 4h的触杀LD50值为 3.45μg/头;对家蝇、淡色库蚊 4h的熏蒸LC50值分别为 5.77和 4.24μL/L;对两者在LC80剂量下熏蒸处理的击倒中时 (KT50 )值分别为11.64和 4.80min;在 1mg/mL的浓度下,对家蝇的忌避率为 81.82%。中毒家蝇依次表现出兴奋、痉挛、麻痹和死亡等症状。
To vertify the bioactive spectra and action of sarisan, contact, fumigation and repellent (activity) of sarisan against M. domestica and Culex pipiens pallens was investigated under the (laboratory) conditions. The results showed that, for contact toxicity, the LD_(50) (4h) value was (3.45 μg/larvae) against M. domestica, and for fumigation activity LC_(50) (4h) values were 5.77 and 4.24 μL/L (against) M. domestica and C. pipiens pallens, respectively. The KT_(50) value was (11.64) and 4.80 min against M. domestica and C. pipiens pallens when fumigated at a dosage of LC_(80). With (1 mg/mL) of sarisan, the repellent rate against M. domestica was 81.82%. Excitement, (convulsion,) paralysis and death in turn may be occurred as the sympton of toxicity.
