摘要
脑卒中偏瘫严重影响患者的自理能力和生活质量，脑卒中偏瘫康复护理可以减少并发症的发生，促进患者运动功能的恢复，提高患者日常生活的活动能力，为患者回归社会创造了条件。该文就脑卒中偏瘫康复护理在康复护士角色、康复护理内容、康复评价和方法、时效、并发症的预防和护理方面的研究进展进行了综述。
Hemiplegia affects patients＂ self- care ability and quality of life severesely. Rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia can reduce complication, enhance recovery of motor ability and improve ability of daily life （ADL） . In this paper, the progress of the role of rehabilitation nurses, content, assessment and methods, time and effect, prevention complication and nursing, have been reviewed.
