摘要
目的分析在脑血管病康复中应用早期康复治疗的效果.方法该研究择取该院2017年3月—2019年3月接收的80例脑血管病患者作为研究对象,根据随机平均的方法分为对照组和研究组,对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受常规护理的同时进行早期康复治疗,比较两组康复情况.结果分析两组治疗结果得出:(1)研究组Barthel指数优于对照组;(2)研究组心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、角色功能评分均优于对照组;(3)研究组运动并发症少于对照组.结论针对脑血管病患者可以实施早期康复治疗措施,对患者生活质量以及后期康复具有积极作用.
Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation in the rehabilitation of cerebrovascular disease.Methods 80 patients with cerebrovascular diseases received by our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the random average method,they were divided into control group and study group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received routine nursing,the early rehabilitation treatment was carried out,and the rehabilitation situation of the two groups was compared.Results 1.Barthel index of the study group was better than that of the control group;2.the scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and role function of the study group were better than that of the control group;3.the sports complications of the study group were less than that of the control group.Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment can be carried out for patients with cerebrovascular disease,which has a positive effect on the quality of life and later rehabilitation,and can be applied in clinical practice.
