几种大孔吸附树脂对何首乌中二苯乙烯苷分离纯化作用的研究

摘要 目的:研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化何首乌中二苯乙烯苷的工艺参数。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定二苯乙烯苷的含量,以树脂的吸附率、解吸附率为指标,比较8种大孔树脂对二苯乙烯苷的吸附和解吸附能力。结果:B树脂吸附和解吸附性能较好。结论:大孔树脂可以用于二苯乙烯苷的提取分离。 Objective: To study the conditional parameters of separating and purifying 2, 3, 5, 4' - tetrahydroxy-stilbene - 2 - O - β - D - glycoside from Radix Polygoni multiflori with several macroreticular resins. Method.. It is compared that absorption capacity of 8 resins for 2, 3, 5, 4' - tetrahydroxy-stibene - 2 - O - β- D - glycoside with adsorption and disadsorption ability by testing the content of 2, 3, 5, 4 ' - tetra- hydroxy-stilbene - 2 - O - β - D - glycoside with HPLC. Result : The B resin is better than any one of 7 resins. Conclusion. Macroreticular resin is advisable when separating and purifying 2, 3, 5, 4' - tetrahydroxy-stilbene - 2 - O - β - D - glycoside.
