国产陶瓷托槽在近远中倾斜力下断裂强度的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的评价自主研发的国产多晶体氧化铝陶瓷托槽在近远中倾斜力作用下的断裂强度是否满足临床使用需要。方法检测自主研发的国产陶瓷托槽在近远中倾斜力作用下的断裂力和力矩,并与临床常用的进口陶瓷托槽Crystaline IV作对比。结果在近远中倾斜力作用下,国产陶瓷托槽断裂时槽沟处的力为(4159.3±881.8)gm,力矩为(16179.8±3430.2)gm-mm,与Crystaline IV无显著性差异。结论国产陶瓷托槽在近远中倾斜力作用下的断裂强度能够满足临床使用的需要。 Objective To evaluate the fracture strengths of the domestic polycrystalline alumina orthodontic brackets developed by the authors during mesial-distal archwire tipping. Methods The fracture force and moment of domestic ceramic brackets during mesial-distal arch wire tipping of the domestic polycrystalline alumina orthodontic brackets were measured by using the special device developed also by the authors. Crystaline IV bracket, which was commonly used in clinic, served as control. Results The fracture force and moment of domestic ceramic brackets during mesial-distal arch wire tipping were (4159.3±881.8) gm and (16179.8±3430.2) gm-mm. There were no significant differences in fracture force and moment between the two types of brackets. Conclusion The fracture strength of domestic ceramic brackets during mesial-distal archwire tipping can meet the reqirements of clinical orthodontic treatment.
