摘要 目的:明确自行研制的陶瓷托槽是否具备正畸临床所需要的抗弯、抗压强度,是否具有初步的生物安全性.方法:根据国家标准制成标准试件,在材料试验机上作抗弯及抗压试验.应用体外细胞培养琼脂覆盖法对这种陶瓷材料进行细胞毒性评价,利用大耳白兔检测这种陶瓷材料对口腔粘膜的刺激反应.结果:该陶瓷材料的抗弯强度为(263·75±22·59)MPa,抗压强度为(1549·906±85·677)MPa,不低于国外同类产品的抗弯强度值及抗压强度值.细胞毒性试验评级为0级,口腔粘膜刺激试验中实验动物未见局部及全身的不良刺激反应.结论:这种陶瓷材料的抗弯强度及抗压强度能满足正畸临床所需.这种陶瓷材料不具有细胞毒性及对口腔粘膜的不良刺激反应. Objective: To test the flexural strength and compressive strength of a ceramic material and evaluate its biocomparability for its orthodontic clinical application. Methods: Specimens were made according to the relative Chinese national standards. These specimens were tested on MTS 810 for their flexural strength and compressive strength. Cytotoxicity of this ceramic was investigated by cell culture in vitro and agar diffusion test, and the oral mucous membrane irritation response of this ceramic was evaluated in rabbits. Results: Its flexural strength was (263.75±22.59)MPa and its compressive strength (1549.906±85.677)MPa, which were no less than the flexural strength and the compressive strength of the foreign homogeneous products. the level of cytotoxicity of this ceramic was grade 0, and the local or systemic abnormal response in rabbits was not observed in the oral mucous membrane irritation test. Conclusion: The results indicate that the flexural strength and compressive strength of this ceramic material can meet the requirements of orthodontic clinic and it has no cytotoxicity or abnormal oral mucous membrane irritating response.
