摘要
目前中医基础理论研究亟需解决三个问题：①溯本探源，统一和规范中医理论中最基本的概念。这是中医理论现代研究的根本前提，舍此，任何层次上的现代研究都将成为无本之木，都是毫无意义的。②实事求是，正确认识中医理论的科学价值和局限。要弄清中医理论中哪些是对实象的客观记录，哪些是对人体生命运动规律的概括，哪些属于思辨结果抑或臆说，并以此指导中医基础理论的现代研究。③直面现实，正确理解和对待中西医结合。要纠正中西医结合研究向西医学一边倒的局面，改变用西医学理论验证中医理论、甚或以西医理论来代替中医理论的研究思路，增强中医学在中西医结合中的主体意识，否则中医理论乃至整个中医学将面临主体性危机。
Currently,there are three urgent problems to be solved in the study of TCM basic theories:①Seeking the origin and development of the most basic TCM concepts,unifying and stipulating these concepts,which is the fundamental of modern study of TCM theories.Otherwise,the modern study of all levels will lose its basis and become useless,②being realistic and practical,which means that the scientific value and the limitation of TCM must be correctly understood.It is necessary to make clear what in TCM theories are the objective records of the reality,what are the summarization of the life activities and what are the hypothesis or subjective deduction,by which the modern study to guide.③ Treating integrity of Chinese and western mdedicine correctly,we must correct the situation of inclination of the study of combined chinese and western to the western medicine only,change the study route of proving TCM theories with western medicine theory or replacing TCM theory with western medicine,and unprove the main role of TCM in the study of combined Chinese and western medicne.
