摘要
舵机控制舵角,是船舶操舵的动力来源。调节器是舵机的控制中心,能够在船舶偏离既定方向时,自动控制舵机调节舵角,使其回到原来的航行方向。本文对某型船舶舵机电液伺服调节器进行了数学建模,并通过M atlab动态仿真研究了其控制特性。由仿真结果可知该调节器具有良好的跟踪特性,并得出了调节器在某些结构参数和电气参数影响下的变化规律,为调节器的性能优化及生产制造提供了理论依据。
Being the dynamic source of the ship maneuvering, the rudder machine controls the rudder angle. The regulator that is the control center of the rudder can make the ship back to its right course by automatic controlling the rudder to change the rudder angle when it deviates from the desired track. A mathematical model of electro - hydraulic servo regulator for ship rudder machine was established. Its control character was analyzed and simulated with Matlab, and these laws changed with some structure parameters were obtained. This model provides the theoretical basis for the parameter optimization and manufacture of the regulator.
