摘要
以大鼠子宫内膜下层为受区大鼠甲状旁腺同种异体移植。术前１天及术后１周短期应用口服大剂量ＣｓＡ〔２０ｍｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ）〕，观察其对移植物存活期的影响。结果显示：口服ＣｓＡ组大鼠异体ＰＴＧ存活期较之对照组明显延长，说明短期应用大剂量ＣｓＡ在降低其对机体副作用的同时可起到肯定的免疫抑制作用。
To research the influence of short term high dose cyclosporin A(CsA) on the survival of rat parathyroid allografts ,adult female rats of Wistar and SD strains were used as donors and recipients and the uterus was used as transplant site.CsA was administered orally to the recipients 20 mg/(kg·d) for one day before and seven days after transplantation.The result showed that there was a significant prolongation of graft surivival time compared with those without receiving CsA treatment.So it is concluded that short term high dose CsA treatment is reasonable.
