摘要
对超高速主轴单元的内部热源进行了分析与计算,建立了超高速主轴单元温度场的有限元分析模型,利用ANSYS软件对其进行了温度场分析,并在此基础上研究了对轴承外圈进行强制冷却时前后轴承的温升情况。结果表明对轴承外圈进行强制冷却能够很好地降低轴承的温升。
In this paper, the inner heat generation of ultra - high - speed motorized spindle was analyzed and calculated, the FEA model of the ultra - high - speed motorized spindle unit temperature field is built and the temperature field is calculated by using ANSYS software. On this basis, the condition about the temperature rises of the front and rear bearings upon using compelling cooling to the outer race of the bearings was studied, the study result indicates that using compelling cooling to the outer race of the bearings can reduce the temperature rises of the bearings effectively.
