摘要
某厂在生产磨床时遇到了砂轮轴承温升超差问题 ,严重影响了磨床的正常工作。针对这一问题进行了深入分析 ,发现轴承与砂轮架端面之间的磨擦是重要原因。设计出一种专用的刮刀圆满解决了此难题。
The temperature increase of grinding wheel bear influences the normal work of grinder. By careful analysis, we found that the main reason is friction between bear and vertical side. Aiming at this problem, we designed a new kind of scraper which could solve the problem perfectly.
