冠心膏贴片成型工艺及丹参酮ⅡA的体外释放 被引量:5

摘要 以丙烯酸酯压敏胶为基质制备冠心膏贴片。通过测定贴片的180°剥离强度和持黏力优化贴片组方,并测定了贴片中丹参酮ⅡA含量以及贴片的体外释放行为。结果表明,贴片的优化组方为:水0.24~0.30g,乙醇0.18~0.24g,丙烯酸树脂0.15g。按优化组方制得的贴片12h体外释放度24.6%,高于市售冠心膏贴剂。 The Guanxingao patch was prepared by acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive as matrix. The formulation was optimized by orthogonal test using 180° peel strength and hold adhesion as parameters. The content of tanshinone Ⅱ A in the patch and its in vitro release were examined. The results showed that the optimized formulation was as follows: water 0.24 - 0.30g, ethanol 0.18 - 0.24g and acrylicresin 0.15g. The 12h accumulative release of tanshinone Ⅱ A of the preparation was 24.6 %, which showed higher than that of patches in market.
