超音速气流下低热固相反应制备超细碳酸钙 被引量:1

摘要 采用超音速气流使氯化钙和碳酸钠在反应器中摩擦活化产生新的反应活化点,再通过撞击固定靶产生激烈的能量交换而发生化学反应,首次实现了超音速气流下低热固相反应制备超细碳酸钙。用XRD、DTA和SEM对其进行了表征和粒径分析,结果显示,原料转化率达100%,制备的碳酸钙颗粒平均尺寸为0.5μm。 Airflow with supersonic speed was introduced into the reactor caused the powdered calcium chloride and sodium carbonate becoming frictional activated. Such powder impacted on a fixed target resulted- in furious energy exchange and chemical reaction between the two chemical reactants happened. Consequently, ultra- fine calcium carbonate was produced by low- heating solid- phase reaction under supersonic speed airflow. The structure and particle size of the product were characterized by XRD, DTA and SEM. The experimental results showed that conversion achieves 100%, and average particle size of the product achieves 0.5μm.
