二氧化钛是一种极佳的白色颜料,其颜料性质和光学性能与它的粒径、粒径分布和粒子的形状有很大的关系;而气粉机作为超微粉碎的一种重要设备,广泛应用于非金属矿物及化工原料的超微粉碎。本文介绍了气流粉碎的原理和优点,通过对气流粉碎系统的阐述,分析了钛白粉生产过程中产品质量与气流粉碎质量紧密相关的因素,主要有汽粉机的结构设计、材质、系统的温度压力控制等。通过对气流粉碎影响因素的改进和优化,推动钛白工业的发展。
Titanium dioxide is a kind of excellent white pigment,which has a great relationship with its particle size,particle size distribution and particle shape,and it is a kind of important equipment for ultrafine grinding. It is widely used in non metallic mineral and chemical raw materials. The principle and advantages of air flow were introduced,and the factors were analyzed which were closely related to the quality of the product in the process of production of titanium dioxide by means of the analysis of the air flow. The effects of grinding improvement and optimization of factors on the flow promoted the development of titanium industry.
