基于PDM的产品配置模型研究

摘要 使用面向对象方法,提出用于产品配置建模的功能元、配置元和属性元等概念,构建一种基于PDM的产品配置模型。该模型根据规则将零部件作为功能元生成产品结构树,然后根据配置规则和用户需求确定配置元和属性元。从配置元和属性元可以生成产品配置BOM。最后以博华PDM中的产品配置为例,对该模型进行了实践。 By using object-oriented method, the concepts element and property element are presented, and a product configur of function element, configurable ation model based on Product Data Management (PDM) is built. The model looks upon the parts of a product as function elements to create a product structure tree, and then defines the configurable elements and property elements according to the configuration rules and consumer requirement. The configure BOM can be achieved from the configurable elements and property elements. Finally the model is developed in BoHua PDM and an example is given.
