摘要
普光地区钻井施工中易出现坍塌、掉块等井壁失稳现象,经过详细分析,其根本原因是地层的"高陡"和"破碎"。针对该区块的地层特点,提出了优选钻井液体系、确定合理的钻井液密度、强化封堵、在易塌层保证滤失量小于4mL、提高泥饼质量、保证钻井液黏度控制在45~55s以及钻井液具有合适的流变性等防塌技术措施,取得了较好的应用效果,普光2井钻井周期比设计缩短了30.33%,建井周期比设计缩短了19.76%,平均机械钻速2.31m/h,比普光1井提高了133.33%。
The caving and sloughing easily occur in Puguang area while drilling operation.The main reasons are that the formations are high-steep and broken.Aimed at this characteristics,some measures are taken,for example ,drilling fluid system is selected,rational loss with lower than 4mL in easily sloughing fo drilling fluid density is determined ,plugging is enforced,filter rmation is ensured,mudcake quality is improved ,drilling fluid viscosity is controlled to be the range of 45-55s and drilling fluid has suitable rheological property,which gets a good effect.In well No.2 of Puguang area,drilling period is shortened 30.33% and well construction period is shortened 19.76% compared 133.33% compared with well No.1 of with the design.Average penetration rate is 2.31m/h,which increases Puguang area.
