摘要
防空兵团群阵地的综合评价,主要利用层次分析(AHP)和模糊评判方法。前者先构建多层次的分析结构模型。将每个层次的各要素两两比较判断,建立判断矩阵。通过计算判断矩阵的最大特征值及相应的特征向量,得到各层次要素的上层次要素重要性次序,从而建立权重向量。后者先确定评价指标集合的隶属函数关系,再定义模糊评价矩阵,综合模糊评价矩阵的构成判断其均值,最后定义系统效能总评价。
The synthesis evaluation for antiaircraft forces regiment mainly uses AHP and fuzzy evaluation. AHP first makes analysis model, then comparatively judge every two factors of each administrative level to establish evaluation matrix. AHP gets the order of factors of every tier by accounting the max eigenvalue and eigenvector of the matrix, so it establishes vector quantities. Fuzzy evaluation first makes subjection function of evaluation index aggregate, then defines the evaluation matrix, and gets conclusion according to the fuzzy evaluation matrix. Finally it defines general evaluation of system efficiency.
