摘要
当前各地农业产业化发展带动了一定规模的产业集聚,但由于存在种种矛盾,集群效应并不明显。为此应充分发挥政府作用,构建产业集群发展平台;依托特色产业和生产基地,打造龙头企业;强化龙头企业与农户的利益连接机制;加强农业产业链上各经营主体的分工协作,形成地方网络;建立健全产业化服务体系,延长农业产业链等,以推动农业产业化的健康发展。
At present, the development of agriculture collection has brought along some scale of industrial collection, but tot many reasons, the effect is not obvious. So the government should play its role to set up the platform for industrial collection developing; to build leading enterprises relying on special industries and production base; to strengthen the interest relationship between leading enterprises and peasants; to intensify the manage bodies to share out the work and help one another; to form a regional network; to perfect the industrial service system and prolong the agriculture chain to push forward the agriculture industrialization developing healthily.
