摘要
农业产业化经营是我国提升农业竞争力的必由之路,也是我国增强农民收入和农村经济发展的根本手段。农业产业化经营体制短缺、服务体系没有形成、与市场经济体制不协调等,是农业产业化经营深化和升级的瓶颈制约因素。因此,政府必须转变治理理念,发挥宏观调控,完善农业产业化经营的服务体系,为农业产业化经营营造有利的条件。
Agricultural industrialization is the only way to upgrade the competitiveness of agriculture, but also our enhanced farm income and rural economic development the fundamental means. Shortage of agricultural industrialization system, the service system has not formed, and the market economy system uncoordinated, are deepening and upgrading the agricultural industrialization bottleneck constraints. Therefore, the government must change management philosophy, a macro - regulation, improve agricultural industrialization service system for the industrial management of agriculture to create favorable conditions.
