摘要
研究了不同酒精剂量组对人血小板聚集功能的抑制效果。食用白酒（含乙醇56％）分为2．5μl、5μl、7．5μl、10μl4个剂量组，加入到从同一个体分离出来的富含血小板的血浆200μl中，以ADP为诱聚集剂。结果：4个剂量组对血小板聚集功能均有抑制作用，抑制程度与加入酒精的剂量呈正相关。
Effects of defferent alcohol dosage on platelet aggregation were studied.2. 5 μl, 5.0 μl, 7. 5 μl、 10 μl of alcohol (56per cent of ethanol) were added to 200μl platelet -rich plasma respectively and were incubated 60 munites at 37℃. Then platelet aggregation rate was assayed. ADP was used as aggregation matter. It was found that the platelet aggregation rate in all four alcohol dosage groups were decreased and there was a significant inverse relaiionsh:p between alcohol dosage and platelet aggregation rate (r, - 0. 9854, P< 0. 001 ). The resulats suggest platelet aggregation function was lightly decreased in low alcohol dosage group (2. 5 μl group ) and was seriousely inhibited in high alcohol group (10 μl group).
