水利工程施工阶段资金投入量大,是工程造价形成的主要过程,如何使实际花费的资金控制在计划值内,是这个阶段造价管理的主要任务。因此,在这个阶段要通过加强工程变更价款的控制与管理,加强索赔的控制与管理,严格现场签证管理,加强结算管理,严格把好审核关等手段,有效地对工程造价进行控制,以减少或避免建设资金的流失。
The water conservancy project＇s construction phase is the main process of forming project＇s cost, which requires a large sum of investment. It＇s the main task of cost administration in this phase to confine the practical spending into the planning cost.
