摘要
项目决策中各指标间存在的制约和矛盾关系常常会影响到决策结果的合理性,将投影寻踪评价模型(PPE)应用于项目决策中,利用基于实码的加速遗传算法(RAGA)来优化投影方向,将多维数据指标转换成低维子空间,通过寻求最优投影方向来计算投影函数值,从而根据投影值的大小进行项目决策。结合实例进行验证,其结果合理,同时可以避免权重确定主观性,为项目决策提供了一条新的方法和思路。
The conflicts among the indexes in the project decision-making often influence rationality of outcomes. Applying PPE model to project decision, the author uses RAGA to optimize the projection direction, turns multi dimension data into low dimension space, so the value of projection function can be calculated by seeking the optimal projection direction for project decision. The outcome from the case indicates that it is reasonable, avoid calculation coefficient of weight subjectively, and provides us with a new method for project decision.
