摘要
用籼稻矮秆品种广丛和小粒特特普,通过互交和与矮仔粘(sd-1)、雪禾矮早(sd-s(t))、80-7010(dg(t))等具不同矮生基因的品种测交。结果表明,广丛和小粒特特普的矮生基因与sd-1、sd-s(t)、dg(t)基因均不等位,彼此也不等位。
Two new rice dwarf varieties Guangchong and Xiaolitetepu were crossed reciprocally and then testcrossed with varieties Aizizhan(sd 1),Dijiaowujian(sd 1),Xuheaizao sd s(t) and 80-7010 dg(t) respectively.The plant height of the F1 populations from previous crosses exceeded their parents obviously and some were 19%~107% over the high parents.There were 3 types of plants,i.e.,high plants,dwarf plants and special dwarf with a segregating proportion of 9:6:1 in F 2 populations of the crosses between Guangchong and the varieties carried with sd 1 gene or dg(t) gene.High plant and dwarf plant had a proportion of 9:7 in F 2 population of the cross between Guangchong and the variety carrying sd s(t)gene and the proportion was 1:1 in B1F1 population.There were also 3 plants types,i.e.,high plant,dwarf and special dwarf in F 2 populations from the crosses between Xiaolitetepu and different dwarf varieties,but the proportion was not regular and was greatly dispersive.These special segregations showed that there existed some recombinants with double dominant gene or double recessive gene.The results showed that these dwarf genes carried by both varieties Guangchong and Xiaolitetepu were not allelic ,and they were also not allelic to sd 1,sd 2s(t) and dg(t) genes.The two varieties contain new dwarf resources.
