摘要
教学反思是教师对自己教学行为的一种理性思考,它对于提高教学效果,促进教师职业发展有着重要的意义。本文在分析教学反思概念和特点的基础上,对教师教学反思的方法进行了一些探讨。
Reflective teaching is a kind of rational thinking teachers use in their teaching practice. It is of great significance for improving teaching efficiency and for teacher professional development. Based on the analysis of the concept and characteristics of reflective teaching, the methods to do reflective teaching are discussed in this article.
