摘要
不同时期我国经济区划的研究进展不同,针对山洪灾害防治区划的特点和目的,在分析我国山洪灾害防治区经济社会发展情况的基础上,对经济社会区划的原则和方法进行了研究,提出的经济社会区划成果可为全国山洪灾害重点防治区和一般防治区的划分提供依据。
The studies on economic and social zoning for mountain flood prevention in China are varied in different periods. This study focus on the principle and method of economic and social zoning, in line with the feature and aim of mountain flood prevention zoning and social and economic development conditions in mountain flood prevention areas. The result proposed for economic and social zoning provides a base for the zoning of major prevention areas as well as general prevention areas.
