综述了酞菁类有机光导体的发展历程、结构性能,讨论了其性能的主要影响因素,归纳了酞菁类有机光导体主要类型的合成过程,对酞菁类有机光导体的发展前景作出了展望。
The development history, structures and functions of phthalocyanine-typed organic photocondutor were introduced, and the main factors affecting the functions were discussed. The chief type of phthalocyanine OPC and their synthesis processes were summarized, the developing trends of phthalocyanine-typed organic photocondutor were prospected.
