文章主要就科技英语的特征、科技英语翻译的标准和方法进行了探讨,说明了加强科技英语翻译研究和探索的日益重要性。旨在提醒科技翻译工作者在实践基础上加强理论研究,以便更好更准确地做好翻译工作。
This paper focuses on the character of English for science technology（EST）, standard and methods of scientific and technical translation, concludes the importance of research scientific and technical translation. Reminds Sci - tech translators should pay more consideration to theory research and practice of sci- tech translation, and do translation much better.
