摘要
为保证涂层水冷器长效使用.必须有一定的涂层厚度,以防止水与氧的渗透.通过对国内外水冷器涂层厚度的对比分析.提出了安全涂层厚度的建议.并认为目前国内涂层水冷器早期损坏主要是由于现行涂装工艺局限性造成涂层过薄.必须从工艺上进行改进,同时应加强涂层厚度的检测.
To ensure the long-term operation, the coated water cooler must have sufficient thickness to prevent permeation of water and oxygen. Through the comparison of the coating thicknesses of domestic and foreign water coolers, the safe coating thicknesses were proposed. it was con-eluded that the premature failure of the domestic coated water coolers resulted from the insufficient coating thickness because of the limitation of present coating application process. therefore the process must be improved and the monitoring and inspection of the coating thickness strengthened.
