摘要
以环氧 有机硅 酚醛三元树脂为基料研制的换热器涂料,与环氧聚酯、无机磷酸盐富锌涂料进行耐温性、热冲击性能及防腐蚀性能的比较,讨论了耐热颜料及涂装工艺对涂层性能的影响。
T5Using epoxy-polyslioxane-phenolic three-component resin as the main base, a new coating for heat exchanger has been developed and compared with epoxy- polyester, powdered zinc inorganic phosphate coating in terms of high temperature resistance, heat shock resistance and corrosion resistance. The effect of endurable pigments and painting technology on coating property is discussed.
