摘要
对超临界燃煤后石电厂的尾部烟气进行脱氮处理可以大量减少氮氧化物的排放,显著改善环境。选择性催化还原(SCR)脱氮技术是一种用于脱除燃料燃烧后烟气中所含的氮氧化物的技术。介绍了后石电厂SCR脱氮技术的基本原理、系统组成及加装SCR装置对空气预热器和引风机等相关辅机的设计和材料选型等方面造成的影响,并给出了相应的建议。
DeNOx treatment of the flue gas in coal-fired Houshi Power Plants may greatly reduce NO, emission, and obviously improve the environment. The SCR DeNO, technology is a technology to remove the NOx in the flue gas after the fuel is burned. This paper briefs the basic principle, system configuration of SCR and the impacts of newly-added SCR equipment on the design and material selection of the relevant auxiliary equipment, such as air- preheaters and induced draft fans, etc. , and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
