火电厂SCR脱硝反应器均流与混合技术试验研究 被引量:25

TEST STUDY ON FLOW-UNIFORMIZING AND REDUCTANT-MIXING TECHNOLOGY IN SCR DENITRIFICATION REACTOR FOR THERMAL POWER PLANTS

摘要 以某电厂即将实施烟气脱硝改造的100 MW燃煤发电机组为应用对象,建立了脱硝反应器流动冷态试验装置,对反应器均流结构和还原剂混合装置进行试验研究。试验结果表明,所选择的反应器均流结构和还原剂混合装置可保证反应器内气体速度标准偏差小于15%,还原剂浓度标准偏差接近10%,效果较好。 Taking the 100 MW coal-fired power generating unit as an object for which the flue gas denitrification retrofit would be carried out,a cold-state test facility for flow in selective catalystic reduction(SCR) denitrification reactor has been established,both the flow-uniformizing structure and the reductant-mixing device in the said reacotor being tested and studied.Test results show that the selected flow-uniformizing structure and the developed reductant-mixing device can ensure the standard deviation of gas flow velocity in the reactor to be less than 15%,and the standard deviation of reductant concentration to be near 10%,having comparatively good effectiveness.
