摘要
分析了水电工程风险的主要成因,论述了主要风险管理方法的特点,提出针对水电工程特点开展基于过程的全面动态风险管理,并给出了施工阶段风险管理的流程及风险动态管理的运转方式。
The hydropower engineering is characterized by large investments,long construction cycle,many uncertain factors and huge risks,so the risk management must be operated.The main reasons of the risk of hydropower projects are analyzed.The characteristics of the main risk management methods are described.The idea of overall risk dynamic management based on process is put forward according to the features of hydropower projects.The flow of risk management during the construction stage and the operation way of dynamic risk management are also given.
