摘要
目的探讨护理人才培养模式与方法。方法通过采取走出去、请进来,院内轮转与培训的方法,突出护理人员素质培养。结果护理人员整体素质得到提高,大专及以上学历占护理人员总数由2002年的9.90%上升到2006年的63.87%,护理服务质量得到提升,病人满意度由2002年的88.66%上升到2006年的98.83%。结论强化护理人才培养,是培养高素质护理人才的重要途径。
Objective To explore the methods of nurse training. Methods Various training methods focused on nurses' diathesis were adopted in nurse continuing training through inviting experts, further study outside, rotation in different departments and training within hospital. Results This practice improved nurses' general diathesis. The proportion of nurses with associate or higher degree increased from 9.90% in year 2002 to 63.87% in year 2006. The quality of nursing was promoted and patients' satisfaction increased from 88.66% in year 2002 to 98.83 % in year 2006. Conclusion Strengthening nurse continuing training is proved to be an effective means to train high - quality nursing staff.
