从查新点的定义入手,从查新员专业知识水平,查新员与委托人及专家的交流沟通,查新点的分析等方面探讨了如何准确地分析、提炼与把握查新点。
Starting from the definition of the novelty-searching point, this paper probes into how to make correct analysis, abstraction and gasping of the novelty-searching points from aspects of the professional knowledge level of novelty-searching personnel, the communication among the novelty-searching personnel, principal and expert, and the analysis on the novelty-searching points.
