摘要
主要阐述了查新工作中需要重视的4个问题,即查新委托人在查新工作中的作用、利用与查新课题相关的综述文献、立项查新以及查新人员自身综合素质的提高,以便进一步提高科技查新水平,为科技工作提供有力的信息保障。
This paper mainly expounds four problems existing in the novelty retrieval, which include the function of mandator of the novelty retrieval in the novelty retrieval, the utilization of the corresponding summarizing documents relate to the novelty retrieval subject, the novelty retrieval for the subject establishment, and the improvement of the quality of the novelty retrievers, for the purpose of further increasing the level of sci ＇tech novelty retrieval and providing the beneficial guarantee for the sci-tech works.
