摘要
线粒体跨膜电位的降低是细胞凋亡早期的不可逆事件。线粒体膜内外的电势差降低,可引起线粒体膜内外一系列的生化改变,如诱导细胞色素C释放,活化caspase蛋白酶家族,呼吸链与氧化磷酸化失耦联,三磷酸腺苷合成停止;线粒体膜通透性改变;凋亡诱导因子(AIF)的释放等,引起细胞凋亡的级联反应,最终导致细胞凋亡。本文就线粒体跨膜电位的形成,其在细胞凋亡时的变化及其机制进行综述。
Decreasion of mitochondrial transmembrane potential is a inreversible cases of early apoptosis. Decreasion in electric potential difference of exterior and interior mitochondria membrane can result in a series of biochemisry changes between exterior and interior mitochondria membrane, such as induction of cytochrome releasing, activity of caspase family, uncouple of respiratory chain and oxidative phosphorylation, cessation of ATP synthesis, alteration of mitochondria membrane permeability,releasing of apoptosis-inducing factor(AIF),and so on, which also results in apoptic cascade reaction and further results in cell apoptosis. 'Ibis article reviews mitochondrial transmeanbrane potential about its formation,changes during cell apoptosis as well as its mechanism.
